I love this place !!! I've been coming here for past 3 years and have never been disappointed . Excellent food, outstanding and friendly service.

Was in Union Square looking for a light dinner with family and saw Ebu Sushi. Had a delicious dinner of sushi and sashimi. The tuna sashimi was the best I have ever had! A huge piece that was so tender. The salmon sashimi melted in our mouths!

Will always be back. Great Sushi, fresh and creative. Had so many dishes, so many times. Tiger Roll, sautéed tofu in ginger and soy sauce, dragon roll, unagi hand roll and more - all was really, really good.

We eat here every Friday night. Super fresh and delicious sushi. Friendly staff and the guys at the sushi bar always greet us with a smile and let us know what is the best of the best for the week. Ebi is awesome!

Love this place, it's one of my favorite spots in town. High quality food but not fancy. The spicy beef don is great, and there's great creative special nigiri.
